2. The Document can be sent to the Proofreading Center as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or PDF file. 3. Make sure that your document is a Final Submission Copy. 4. Proofreading process of the document is finished when the document is submitted to the publisher or after three attempts of modification. 5. The cost of proofreading your document is based on its word count: 10,000 IQD (or 7 $) / 350 Words (Note: The list of references is NOT included in the word count) 6. The cost of proofreading can also vary depending on how quickly you want your document back: Within 48 Hours = 15,000 IQD (or 12 $) / 350 Words 7. Procedures of Document Submission for Language Proofreading |
| 1. The document should be submitted to the email address: trans.proofreader@gmail.comThe email should include the following information:Name: Academic achievement: Address: Email: Phone:2. The author will receive the fee receipt for the language proofreading service from the Proofreading Center including the duration time required for completing the proofreading service. 3. The author needs to pay the fee for the proofreading service and send the receipt to the Proofreading Center using this email address: trans.proofreader@gmail.com in order to start with the language proofreading process. 4. The author will receive the first proofread copy of the document. This copy contains all the notes, comments, and modifications made by the proofreader who would send it back to the author to add his/her comments, if any. 5. The Proofreader will take into account the author’s comments to proofread the document accordingly. Finally, the author will receive the final version of the document as an error-free Microsoft Word file. |
